Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years in maintenance management or automotive engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Manage daily maintenance schedules, repairs & unplanned work & Control engineering budgets, overtime and resource allocation.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and external contractors when needed.
Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations.
