- Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with Customer enrolment & operations software.
- Accurately input and update customer enrollment data into the company’s database or CRM system.
- Resolve basic issues related to enrollment status, missing information or technical errors.
- Follow data protection and confidentiality guidelines while handling customer information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
