Executive Secretary

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and diplomacy.
Maintain an organized system for handling sensitive information and documents.
Facilitate communication between the executive team and board members.
Collaborate with executives on strategic initiatives, special projects, and organizational goals.
Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Arab nationals are preferred.
