Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in executive-level support with an emphasis on finance, budgeting, or contract management.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required by executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and dashboarding tools.
