- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in joinery, woodworking, interior fit-outs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to maintain high standards in joinery products.
- Prepare and present reports on factory performance, production targets, and quality control.
