Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Construction accounting principles, Job costing and WIP (Work in Progress) reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
