- At least High school/ Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained.
- Monitor fleet performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure drivers have necessary information and support to perform their duties
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to driver inquiries
