- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Logistics, Automotive Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance planning, workshop coordination, or logistics scheduling, preferably in public transportation or large-scale fleet operations.
- Collaborate with workshop supervisors and technicians to align maintenance execution with plans.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience with fleet management software and CMMS/EAM systems preferred.
