Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance or Real Estate.
Minimum 15 Years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales and real estate, with at least 5 years in a Senior leadership role.
Lead, mentor and manage the sales and leasing team to ensure performance and professional growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and leasing targets across residential, commercial or retail properties.
Strong network of industry contacts, including brokers, agents and corporate clients.
