Bachelor’s Degree
At least 10 years of experience in HRBP, with at least 5 years as a HRBP Team Lead/ equivalent role in the hospitality or related industry.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, retention, and productivity, creating a positive work environment that promotes engagement and satisfaction.
Cooperate with executives to develop strategies for addressing workforce challenges, aligning talent priorities with business objectives, and driving organizational growth and transformation.
Monitor employee engagement level and support implementation of action plans to drive engagement.
Certification such as SHRM, CIPD (preferred)
