Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in HR roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
GCC experience is mandatory.
