- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing HR functions for large infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in Qatar.
- Lead the overall HR strategy, manage the full recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for all levels of the organization.
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management on recruitment, turnover, employee performance and other key HR metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatari labor laws, HR policies and best practices in the construction industry.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent are preferred.
