- Degree in Electronics, ICT, Telecom, instrumentation and controls engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar of large projects with a high management experience.
- Assisting in the preparation of scope of ICT works from Operations and Maintenance point of view.
- Understands all related Telecommunication protocols, instrumentation codes, standards and best practices and their application to the project.
- Responsible to review and updating as-built drawings of all instrumentation related matters
