Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business) or qualified by Experience.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience, with relevant of 8 years in Oil & Gas industry.
Clear understanding of the Project’s requirements, including the scope of work, delivery schedule, budget, and flow-down conditions.
Able to identify the risks of the PO and develop proactive mitigation measures with the relevant project stakeholders.
Should know the formulation and implementation of cost control initiatives and driving continuous improvement in the procurement function .
Strong strategic relationship with preferred suppliers for regular requirement items by placing a single annual order with staggered delivery to control inventory.
Have strong knowledge on SCM Functions.
