Loyalty Team Lead

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in managing loyalty programs and corporate sales.
  • Enhance the customer journey by personalizing loyalty offerings based on purchasing behavior.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, banks and digital payment providers to enhance program offerings.
  • Conduct regular analysis of customer spending patterns and loyalty behaviors.
  • Oversee the design, implementation and performance of loyalty programs across fuel stations and retail outlets.
