- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce analytics or HR consulting.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals on all Manpower Requisitions and distribute the updated manpower plan to the respective stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning models, HR analytics and labor market trends.
- Develop policies and procedures for effective manpower planning and deployment.
