- Bachelor’s degree in marine or any related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience on board.
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage routine and emergency maintenance, inspections and repair.
- Prepare and manage budgets for vessel operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using maritime management software and other relevant tools.
- Master’s License from an Institution of Shipping Studies, recognized by all appropriate State and National Authorities.
