Bachelor’s degree in marine or any related field.
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience on board.
Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan and manage routine and emergency maintenance, inspections and repair.
Prepare and manage budgets for vessel operations and maintenance.
Proficiency in using maritime management software and other relevant tools.
Master’s License from an Institution of Shipping Studies, recognized by all appropriate State and National Authorities.
