Any degree
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in procurement function in Oil & Gas/Aviation industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, principles, and best practices, particularly as they apply to administrative procurement.
Collaborate with internal departments to assess their administrative needs and develop procurement plans to fulfill those requirements efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of administrative procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance evaluations.
Knowledge of Logistics Procedure and Incoterms
Knowledge on Oracle and other IT systems
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
