Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 15 -20 years experience in FM as managing agent or managing big FM projects.
Strong knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) and their integration in large-scale projects.
Excellent understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in facility projects.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
