- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in civil and structural engineering with at least 5-8 years in project management roles.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles and project management best practices.
- Prior involvement in projects with Ashghal, Qatar Energy or in the Oil Field sector is highly desirable.
