- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years managing high-rise building projects with GCC experience.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets in alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Prepare, track, manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
- UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory.
