- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Sales & Marketing or Property Management.
- Minimum of 4-6 years as a Property Leasing Analyst for major retail organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and potential leasing opportunities.
- Develop leasing reports, vacancy forecasts and revenue projections for management review.
- Work closely with property management, finance and legal teams to facilitate lease transactions.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
