- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in property management, ideally with experience managing multiple properties.
- Strong understanding of leasing practices, property management and tenant relations.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
