- Any Engineering degree.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Property Management
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties including building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, etc.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their technical and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and stakeholders for engineering-related improvements.
- Arabic and/or Bilingual is preferred.
