- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the F&B, hotel or catering sector.
- Knowledge of food and beverage categories, shelf life, storage conditions and seasonal availability.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local and international F&B suppliers.
