- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 2 years in facility management projects.
- Experienced with the tender process in Qatar and able to make proper tender documents, technical evaluation and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source and purchase materials within budget and quality standards.
- Capable to review the monthly FMCs interim payment documents and process them for client approval.
