Must have 10 years minimum of experience with Facility Maintenance Background.
Able to create patch orders to buy any required materials and spare parts.
Able to communicate with suppliers and get quotations as required.
Able to upload purchased parts in CAFM and run monthly audit report.
Experienced in of CAFM system.
