Receptionist

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally, redirect calls  and take messages when necessary.
  • Assist with various office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
