SAP HR Functional Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any IT Related discipline.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar position.
To facilitates the support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HR Modules: OM, PA, Positive and Negative Time Management, Payroll, E-Rec, ESS/MSS, Fiori Application & Org Publisher.
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP HR related Help desk tickets and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
Handled end to end project Execution including scoping, functional requirements, solution mapping with applications, risk identification and risk management, User trainings, deployment and transition to support team.
Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP HR modules.
