- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year experience in an industrial plant and be certified as trained & competent to erect scaffold.
- Responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures in industrial plant environments.
- Perform regular checks to ensure the stability and safety of scaffolds during use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
