- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, cost management and procurement for road construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement project and cost control strategies, processes and procedures for road construction projects.
- Identify, analyze and manage project risks, including cost escalations, delays and scope changes.
- Previous experience with Ashghal projects will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
