Talent Acquisition Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and communicate the calendar with the concerned interview panel and candidate.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
