Any bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management, with at least 5 years as a Talent Management/Team Lead/ equivalent
role in the hospitality or related industry.
Lead and execute talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, compensation reviews, and talent reviews.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for both individuals and teams, which cater to the specific needs and goals of the organization.
Develop a business case for HR policies to minimize the impact of redundancies due to business changes, training, and redeployment.
Certification such as SHRM, CIPD (preferred)
Arab nationalities are preferred.
