- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Finance or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards role.
- Ensure total rewards related databases are maintained, accurate and up to date to enable timely reporting and just in time analysis.
- Review salary offered for new recruits to ensure all the benefits, allowances and grades are correct.
- Compile total rewards reports, compensations and benefits statistical reports, including preparation, analysis and interpretation of compensation, benefits data and trends.
- Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation is a must.
