Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in training and development roles.
Experience in analyzing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Collaborate with operations teams to develop performance improvement plans, processes, and initiatives to address identified areas of improvement.
Facilitate training programs in various formats, including classroom, online, and blended learning.
Knowledge of performance improvement plans and initiatives.
Professional certification in training and development, such as CTP, CPLP, or CTD.
Arab nationalities are preferred.
